Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Before you choose
- Check your pet’s natural seated and resting posture against the outside dimensions. Allow room for the body, base and walls.
- A suggested weight up to 7 kg does not guarantee enough room for every body shape.
- Load on the ground, check closures and adjust both shoulder straps before lifting. Choose short outings while your pet gets used to it.

- Remove fur and loose dirt first. Wipe fabric with a soft cloth, cool water and a small amount of mild detergent, then wipe away detergent residue.
- Keep buckles, clips and supporting panels out of prolonged soaking. Air-dry completely in shade before storage or reuse.
- Avoid bleach, tumble drying and direct heat. Follow the care label supplied with your product.
