Shipping rates and delivery times

Standard shipping is $5.99 USD for orders under $59 USD. Standard shipping is free for orders of $59 USD or more. The order subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Standard delivery to supported destinations is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Supported destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, and Australia.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Orders entered with an address in one of these locations cannot be completed at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive tracking information by email after your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier, customs, weather, peak-season, or other circumstances outside our control may cause delays. Please check your delivery address before placing an order and contact info@hidream.co as soon as possible if a correction is needed.
