Shipping & returns details
Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.
This is a handler’s treat pouch, not a pet carrier or chew toy. Treats, leash, waste bags and the separate round bowl shown in scene photos are not included.

Care for
the next day.
Start the next outing with an empty, clean and fully dry pouch.
- Empty treats and crumbs after each outing. Wipe the interior and exterior with a damp soft cloth.
- For marks, use a small amount of mild soap in cool water and remove all residue. Keep the magnetic opening and fastenings clear.
- Air-dry open, away from direct heat. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Follow the care label for washing instructions.

No. The product is the Toast pouch and its wearing strap. Food, dog leash, waste bags and scene accessories are separate.
Is it a bag for a pet to sit in?
No. It is a compact training-supply pouch worn by the handler. Keep it out of reach of chewing pets.
Can it keep treats fresh overnight?
Empty it after use. It is not airtight; follow the treat maker’s storage instructions.
