Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

How do I help my pet get used to it?
Set the carrier in a quiet place with its door open and let your pet investigate at their own pace. Practice settling inside before closing the door and lifting the carrier.
Is S for domestic flights and L for international flights?
Choose by your pet and the actual airline and aircraft rules, not the destination label. The two sizes do not guarantee acceptance on any flight.
Can it attach to my luggage?
The photographs show a luggage setup. Check the arrangement and stability with your own luggage; the suitcase is not included.
Is it crash-tested for car travel?
No verified crash-test rating is claimed. Do not treat the carrier as a certified vehicle restraint.
