Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Suggested for pets up to 13.2 lb (6 kg). Check their resting shape as well as weight.

Before you choose
- Watch how your cat normally sleeps: curled tightly, stretched out or leaning against an edge.
- Mark a 55 cm / 21.7 in circle on the floor to understand the outside footprint. The usable resting area is smaller.
- Check that your cat can enter, turn and settle comfortably. Suggested weight alone cannot guarantee fit, especially for a long or broad cat.

Care for
the next day.
Brush away loose fur and clean the shell and cushion gently.
- Lift out the cushion and remove loose fur with a soft brush or lint roller. Inspect the felt edge and stitching.
- Spot-clean small marks with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid soaking or twisting the felt shell or the filled cushion.
- Air-dry fully, reshape gently and put the dry cushion back. Avoid bleach, tumble drying and direct heat; use the actual care label for any machine-wash instruction.

No. One bed changes from a hooded form to an open lounge. One removable cushion is included.
Is the 55 cm measurement the sleeping area?
It is the listed overall diameter. The shell and cushion reduce the usable space, so compare your cat’s resting posture instead of treating the diameter as an internal measurement.
Is the cushion removable?
Yes. The product photos and video show the round cushion separate from the shell, with a brown face and a green reverse.
Is the whole bed machine washable?
Spot clean gently and air dry fully unless the supplied care label permits machine washing.
