Shipping & returns details
Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

- Compare your pet’s seated posture and body length with the carrier’s outside dimensions. Leave space for the base and sides.
- Check there is enough usable room without pressing the body against the mesh. The 8 kg suggestion does not guarantee fit.
- Adjust straps before loading and keep the bag supported as your pet enters or leaves.

A gentle clean keeps the next outing simple.
- Remove fur and loose dirt first. Wipe fabric with a soft cloth, cool water and a small amount of mild detergent, then wipe away detergent residue.
- Keep buckles, clips and supporting panels out of prolonged soaking. Air-dry completely in shade before storage or reuse.
- Avoid bleach, tumble drying and direct heat. Follow the care label supplied with your product.
