Shipping & returns details
Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Before you choose
- Choose by the dimensions of the individual shape; photos of all three together are for comparison.
- Offer the toy during supervised play and let your cat approach at their own pace. Responses to catnip differ.
- Check the seams, knitted surface and label. Remove the toy if it opens, frays or becomes small enough to swallow.

Care for
the next day.
A light surface clean keeps the knitted texture in good shape.
- Wipe small marks with a barely damp cloth and a little mild detergent. Avoid soaking the toy or saturating the filling.
- Let it air-dry completely away from direct heat before giving it back. Do not use bleach or a tumble dryer.
- Store dry between supervised play sessions. Replace the toy when seams, labels or the knitted surface are damaged.

Will every cat react to catnip?
Cats respond differently to catnip. Offer the toy gently and let your cat choose whether to play.
Can I refill the toy?
Do not cut or open the toy to add filling.
Can my cat chew it unsupervised?
Use it for supervised play. It is not a food item or a durable chew; remove it if damaged and keep loose filling out of reach.
