Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

This carrier holds the body horizontally, with an opening for each leg. Wear it in front or on your back once your dog is settled and the straps are secured.

A closer fit starts
with their measurements.
Measure around the chest and upper front and rear legs, then measure the distance between the front and rear legs along the body. Compare all four measurements with the same size row. The weight guide is a starting point.
The chart lists the carrier’s opening and chest dimensions, plus the leg-spacing range. These are not universal pet-girth limits. Swipe the table on a small screen to see every measurement.

Both colors use the same chart. Imperial figures are rounded; check centimeters near a boundary. The supplied weight ranges have gaps. Do not automatically size up or stretch the carrier to bridge a mismatch.
Check comfort before lifting.
- Fit the open carrier while your dog is supported on a stable surface. Place one leg through each opening without forcing the limbs.
- Secure the fastenings, adjust the straps and check that the openings do not rub or press tightly against the legs. Keep the airway and face clear.
- Try a brief, low lift while supporting your dog. Stop if they struggle, slip, appear uncomfortable or cannot remain comfortably supported.
Soft where
their legs rest.
Cotton contact fabric lines the leg openings. The close-up shows the edge your dog rests against, so you can see the construction before it arrives.
Check the contact points each time you use it, especially with a thick coat or a dog between sizes.
Front or back.
Close either way.
The shoulder straps allow two carrying positions. Set the strap length for your body, fasten the connecting straps, and support your dog while putting the carrier on or taking it off.
Measure your own dog using the chart; a similar-looking dog in a photograph may wear a different size.

The carrier is opened flat. With the dog supported on a stable table, the person guides its legs through the separate openings, brings the panels around the body, then fastens and adjusts the straps. Keep supporting your own dog throughout. This is a visual demonstration of the fastening sequence, not a guarantee of fit.

Keep the fabric contact areas clean and the buckles free of grit.
Follow the supplied care label for the fabric and hardware.
- Brush off dry dirt. Use a soft cloth with cool water and a little mild detergent to spot-clean the fabric and cotton contact edges.
- Wipe away detergent residue. Reshape and air-dry fully in a ventilated place, away from direct heat, before using or storing.
- Avoid bleach, ironing, tumble drying, machine washing and prolonged soaking unless the product care label specifically permits them. Check stitching, straps and buckles before each use.

Ask a product questionCan I choose by weight alone?
No. Compare the leg openings, chest and leg spacing as well as the suggested weight range. If the measurements do not line up, ask for fit help before choosing. Photographs of a similar breed are not a size guide.
Is this the cooling-fabric version?
No. This page is for the standard horizontal carrier in Deep Moss Green or Terracotta Brown. The cooling-fabric version is a separate product.
Can this replace a travel crate or a car restraint?
No. This open carrier is for supervised carrying by a person. It is not a car restraint or an enclosed travel crate.
How long should my dog stay in it?
Start with short, calm sessions and give regular breaks. Stop if your dog seems uncomfortable. There is no single carrying duration that suits every dog; this product is not a treatment for a back or mobility problem.
