Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Before you choose
- Measure around the fullest part of your cat’s chest, just behind the front legs, while the cat stands naturally.
- Compare with 30–52 cm and the suggested 8 kg upper guide. Check that the whole harness sits comfortably; weight cannot replace the chest measurement.
- Adjust indoors and test gentle movement, including backing up. Never rely on a harness being escape-proof or leave your cat tethered unattended.

- Remove fur and loose dirt first. Wipe fabric with a soft cloth, cool water and a small amount of mild detergent, then wipe away detergent residue.
- Keep buckles, clips and supporting panels out of prolonged soaking. Air-dry completely in shade before storage or reuse.
- Avoid bleach, tumble drying and direct heat. Follow the care label supplied with your product.
