Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Before you choose
- Check both the head opening and the coverage length. The snood should go on easily and keep the face and breathing unobstructed.
- The table gives the listed elastic-opening measurements; they have not been verified as neck-circumference ranges. Ask us to confirm the measurement before relying on a size recommendation.
- Use only during supervised meals and remove afterward. Stop if your pet paws at it, struggles or seems uncomfortable.

A gentle clean keeps the next outing simple.
- Remove after the meal and rinse food residue with cool water. Use a small amount of mild detergent if needed.
- Rinse gently and press out excess water without pulling the elastic. Reshape and air-dry fully in shade.
- Avoid bleach, hot washing, tumble drying and direct heat. Follow the care label supplied with your product.

Contact usIs it a collar or a recovery cone?
It is a mealtime fur cover. Do not attach a leash or use it as a recovery collar.
Can I leave it on all day?
Use for short, supervised meals and remove when finished. It should not obstruct the eyes, nose, mouth or comfortable movement.
Can I choose by weight alone?
No. Check opening comfort and coverage length; the weight values are only suggestions. The opening measurement method still needs confirmation for reliable remote sizing.
