Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Before you choose
- Measure around the neck where the opening will sit and compare it with the size chart.
- Ask your veterinarian whether the collar’s shape and depth cover the area that needs protecting. Neck fit alone is not enough.
- Once fitted, supervise movement, eating and drinking. General collar guidance leaves room for two fingers at the neck; check actual reach as well.

Keep the neck opening and fabric clean, then let the collar dry completely before use.
- Remove it from your pet before cleaning. Wipe with a soft damp cloth or gently hand-clean with mild soap when needed.
- Remove soap residue and air-dry fully away from direct heat.
- Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, dry clean or tumble dry. Follow the supplied care label.

That depends on the pet, affected area, fit and actual reach. Follow your veterinarian’s advice and have the fit reassessed if the protected area remains accessible.

Availability is shown with each option. Sold-out colors and sizes cannot be added to your bag.
