Make space
for their favorite curl.
The bed is listed at 55 cm in diameter and 22 cm high. These are overall dimensions; the walls and cushion take up some of that space.
- Overall diameter
- 21.7 in
- Overall height
- 8.7 in
- Suggested pet weight
- Up to 13.2 lb
- Outer material
- Felt
- Soft surface / filling
- Short teddy fleece / PP cotton
- Included cushion
- One removable, two-sided cushion
Inch values are rounded. Use the centimeter measurements near a size boundary.
Before you choose
- Watch how your cat normally sleeps: curled tightly, stretched out or leaning against an edge.
- Mark a 55 cm / 21.7 in circle on the floor to understand the outside footprint. The usable resting area is smaller.
- Check that your cat can enter, turn and settle comfortably. Suggested weight alone cannot guarantee fit, especially for a long or broad cat.
Open it up for a longer stretch
The hood folds down into an open bed. Let their resting position guide the shape; the video shows the change on the actual product.
One cushion, two faces
The removable round cushion has a brown fleece face and a green reverse. Lift it out to inspect, air and clean it separately.
Texture you can see up close
A felt shell meets a teddy-fleece edge. The close-up shows the two textures and how they join.
What’s included
One Brown Tart bed shell and one round, two-sided removable cushion are included. The hooded shape and open lounge are two forms of the same bed. Rugs, baskets and other scene props are not included.

The Brown Tart shell is shown with its cushion beside it. A person folds the top down to form an open lounge, then a cat rests in the open bed. It is the same bed in both configurations.

Care for
the next day.
Brush away loose fur and clean the shell and cushion gently.
- Lift out the cushion and remove loose fur with a soft brush or lint roller. Inspect the felt edge and stitching.
- Spot-clean small marks with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid soaking or twisting the felt shell or the filled cushion.
- Air-dry fully, reshape gently and put the dry cushion back. Avoid bleach, tumble drying and direct heat; use the actual care label for any machine-wash instruction.
Material-based care guidance; the supplied care label takes precedence.
Questions & answers
Ask a product questionDo I receive two beds?
No. One bed changes from a hooded form to an open lounge. One removable cushion is included.
Is the 55 cm measurement the sleeping area?
It is the listed overall diameter. The shell and cushion reduce the usable space, so compare your cat’s resting posture instead of treating the diameter as an internal measurement.
Is the cushion removable?
Yes. The product photos and video show the round cushion separate from the shell, with a brown face and a green reverse.
Is the whole bed machine washable?
Spot clean gently and air dry fully unless the supplied care label permits machine washing.
