Before you choose

  1. Measure your pet’s natural body length and standing height. Compare them with the outside dimensions, allowing for the pad and sloping walls.
  2. Your pet needs room to turn and lie naturally; outside dimensions are not an internal-clearance guarantee.
  3. Use the 7 kg suggestion for carrying. The 10 kg expanded-rest suggestion does not raise the carrying limit.

Unzip room on both sides

The two mesh tents extend the overall length from 43 to 97 cm. Open them only after placing the carrier on a stable surface.

Choose options

Pack for the next outing.

A gentle clean keeps the next outing simple.

  1. Remove fur and loose dirt first. Wipe fabric with a soft cloth, cool water and a small amount of mild detergent, then wipe away detergent residue.
  2. Keep buckles, clips and supporting panels out of prolonged soaking. Air-dry completely in shade before storage or reuse.
  3. Avoid bleach, tumble drying and direct heat. Follow the care label supplied with your product.

Material-based care guidance; the supplied care label takes precedence.

Questions & answers

Contact us
Can I take it on a flight?

Check your airline’s exact pet-carrier rules and your booked aircraft’s under-seat space before travel. Listed dimensions do not establish airline approval.

Can I carry it with the tents open?

Fold and secure both tents before lifting. Expansion is for supervised rest on a stable surface.

Can two pets share this carrier?

Multiple pets in a photograph demonstrate space only. Consider each animal’s room and comfort, and keep their combined weight within the relevant limit.
