The carrier is held by hand and worn at the shoulder during a walk and a café stop. The cushion and base are placed inside the brown outer bag, then separated to show the two pieces. The final sequence shows the strap adjustment and padded shoulder wrap.

Clean marks gently without soaking the nylon, padding or structured base.

  1. Empty & brush

    Take out the padded insert and separate base. Empty the pocket, then gently brush away loose pet hair and dry dirt.

  2. Spot clean gently

    Patch-test first. Use a soft cloth, cool or lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap on the fabric.

  3. Keep the base dry

    Wipe away soap with a clean damp cloth. Do not soak the base panel, and avoid saturating the padding.

  4. Air dry completely

    Let every part dry in a ventilated place out of direct sun or heat. Reassemble only when fully dry.

Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, bleach, harsh scrubbing and prolonged soaking. Follow the product care label if its instructions differ.

Does it zip closed over the pet?

The carrier is shown with a low front edge and the pet’s head outside. Do not choose it as a fully enclosed crate or assume it meets airline carrier requirements.

Can I remove and wash the inside?

The padded insert and separate base can be taken out, as shown in the video. Removability does not confirm machine washing or soaking is suitable. Use the gentle care steps above and follow the product label.
