Cotton: Wash in warm water (30–40°C)

Polyester: Washable using warm water with an all-purpose detergent.Avoid high temperatures.

Nylon: Best washed in cold or warm water with a mild detergent. Avoid hot water.

PU leather: Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Better regularly.

Please check your dog measurements with each item, as sizes can vary from product to product.

We recommend to order the next size up if your dog falls between measurements. If you're still not sure which would be the best fit, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at info@hidream.co with your dog's breed and weight, and if possible, their measurements so our team can better assess your pup's correct size.

Tips:
Use a soft tape measure to measure the widest part of your pup's neck (for most dogs, this will be nearest their shoulders) and pup's chest (for most dogs, this will be at the middle of their rib cage). Place two fingers perpendicularly between your dog's neck and the tape measure to ensure a comfortable fit. Same for the chest.

To make sure your furry friend is as comfortable, we recommend using a cloth measuring tape and wrap it around their neck. Note down measurements at various points - from closer to the head, to closer to the body – as their collar may shift where it sits over the duration of them wearing it. Add approx. 1 to 2 cm to the measurement, then follow our size chart accordingly.

so far the best cat carrier we found

I tried taking this bag out this weekend and the process went smoothly. When he got tired, I put him in the bag and he also enjoyed it very much. The bottom is hard, so there's no need to worry about putting too much pressure on his spine. I won't feel tired due to his weight during the process of carrying it, which is simply unbelievable. I would suggest adjusting the position of the bag or the length of the shoulder belt in advance, because it would be more troublesome to adjust it after going out. Great shopping experience!
