Shipping & returns details
Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Before you choose
- Measure your pet while resting in their usual position, including any space they use to stretch out.
- Compare M and L outside dimensions. The raised sides reduce the inner sleeping area; weight alone does not determine fit.
- If your pet sleeps stretched out or is close to the suggested size limit, allow extra resting space. The pets in photographs do not establish a universal breed-to-size match.
