Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

  1. Measure around the upper front and rear legs and the chest, then compare the front-to-rear leg spacing while your dog stands naturally.
  2. The opening and chest figures are listed product measurements, not verified pet-circumference fit ranges. Leave comfortable clearance and ask us to check borderline measurements.
  3. The published weight ranges have gaps. Do not automatically size up across a gap or use weight alone. Stop if your dog is distressed or cannot rest naturally.

A gentle clean keeps the next outing simple.

  1. Remove fur and loose dirt first. Wipe fabric with a soft cloth, cool water and a small amount of mild detergent, then wipe away detergent residue.
  2. Keep buckles, clips and supporting panels out of prolonged soaking. Air-dry completely in shade before storage or reuse.
  3. Avoid bleach, tumble drying and direct heat. Follow the care label supplied with your product.

Is this the same as the solid-color carrier?

This is the plaid version. Use this page’s measurements and photographs when choosing; the solid-color carrier is a separate product.

Does it protect an injured back?

No medical or rehabilitation benefit is claimed. Ask your veterinarian before carrying a dog with a health condition.

Can I wear it in front and on my back?

Both positions are demonstrated. Adjust carefully, maintain support and use only with a dog comfortable being carried this way.
