Shipping & returns details
Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $59 or more after discounts. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or U.S. military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.
For fresh water during supervised breaks. Set it on a level surface, empty before folding, and do not use it as a sealed water bottle.

Before the first use.
- Unzip and unfold the empty bowl, then set it upright on a level surface.
- Allow room for your pet’s muzzle and check that they can reach the water naturally. A capacity figure does not prove fit for every face shape.
- Empty and rinse it after the break. Leave it fully open to dry before folding it away.
The listed size is the expanded product size; it is not a separately measured inner opening. This flexible bowl holds water while in use, but the folded zip closure is not a leakproof liquid seal.

The soft walls fold into a semicircle for carrying. Always empty and dry the bowl before zipping it closed.

At a listed 80 g, the bowl is light to bring along. Attach its accessory clips to a suitable bag loop, never to a pet as a restraint.

The wide rim and soft walls open into a standing bowl. Keep it level and supervise your pet during the break.

Clean after each use
Empty the bowl, rinse with cool or lukewarm water and gently wash by hand with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly, including the seams and folds.
Store fully dry
Leave the bowl open to air-dry completely. Check the lining, seams, zipper and clips for wear before the next outing. Stop using it if the coating or lining becomes damaged.
For the 190D nylon fabric, avoid hot water, bleach, dishwashers, dryers and sharp cleaning tools. Follow the supplied care label.

Choose & addIs this a bottle or a bowl?
An open fabric bowl. Carry fresh water separately, pour it in when you stop, and empty it before folding. The zipper is for packing the empty bowl.
Do I receive all the colors in the photos?
No. You receive one Khaki bowl with its accessory clips.
Is it the silicone collapsible bowl?
This version uses 190D nylon fabric and folds into a zip closure. It is a separate product from the silicone collapsible bowl.
