Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons, used pet products can’t be returned. Contact our customer service before sending anything back and we’ll give you the return address. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

No listed size covers a chest measurement between 19.7 and 24.4 in. Don’t size up or down to bridge that gap.
- Measure all the way around. With your dog standing naturally, wrap a soft tape around the widest part of the rib cage, just behind the front legs. Keep it level without pulling it tight.
- Check the fit on your dog. After adjusting the straps, check the chest, neck opening and behind the legs for rubbing, pressure or excessive looseness before walking.
Inches and pounds are rounded. Use cm and kg near a size limit. At a shared boundary, compare both sizes and ask for fit advice before ordering.

Choose from the chest chart, then loosen the webbing enough to position the harness without forcing their head or legs.
Adjust around their shape.
Position the chest panel, adjust the straps and close the buckles. Check that no strap twists and that your dog can move naturally.
Check before every walk.
Check the buckles and stitching, then attach your leash to the metal connection ring shown on the harness. Recheck fit as your dog grows or their coat changes.
A gentle clean.

Brush off the day.
Remove loose dirt and hair. Detach the leash and any separate accessories before cleaning.
Clean the marks.
Patch-test an unseen area. Gently spot clean with a soft cloth, cool or lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap. Wipe away the residue with a clean damp cloth.
Dry, then check.
Air dry fully in a ventilated place away from direct heat. Check the straps, seams, buckles and connection ring before using again.
Follow the supplied care label. Avoid soaking, bleach, tumble drying and machine washing unless the label permits them.

Choose color & sizeCan I choose a size using weight alone?
No. Start with the chest range, then use the suggested weight as a second check. Dogs with the same weight can have very different body shapes. Check the fitted harness on your dog before walking.
What if their chest falls between sizes?
Use the listed ranges. There is no listed size between 50 and 62 cm (19.7 and 24.4 in); don’t choose an oversized or undersized harness to fill that gap. At a shared boundary, compare both sizes and ask for fit advice.
Ask about fitDoes the leash or little pouch come with it?
No. This page is for the harness only. The leash, small clip-on pouch and other accessories shown in the photographs are separate.
Is this a no-pull or escape-proof harness?
We do not claim no-pull or escape-proof performance for this harness. Choose the right fit, supervise your dog and use walking and training practices appropriate for them.
